I have the same problem, but abit different.
I can´t see the Ocean WP Settings only on one of my 5 pages.
The problem startet when I change that site´s name.
I tried to rebuild an older revision, but it did not help,
here are two screenshots, on how it looks on a working page and on the broken page.

Hello @redpython777, go to your dashboard, click Plugins > Add New, type Ocean Extra and install it.

@retors123 I just checked your site and it is working fine on all the devices. What errors you are seeing? Did you check it on a different browser or device?
