Can't See Dashboard | WordPress.org

When I log in it does not go to Dashboard – it sits there and loads – if I click “Go Back To Webiste” link at bottom of login page I am logged in but cannot access Dashboard or Plugins?

I CAN access the other pages but cannot access Dashboard or Plugins?

Please advise….

The problem looks like it is the theme I am using called Membersonic theme – a child Genisis theme. I changed it and can now see the Dashboard.

I will try and delete it and re-install it to see if that fixes it.

Will advise…

If that is a Genesis or Genesis child theme, those are premium/paid themes not supported in these forums. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme – http://www.studiopress.com/forums/ – for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
