Can’t search, open or edit plugins

Hello,

One day I logged into my site and I could not use anything anymore. Now I want to completely reset my site, but I can not search for plugins. Even when I install a plugin using a ZIP File, I get a message :Can’t load ‘Plugin name’. This way I can’t acces anything and I have no clue what to do now.
