Can't Save/Apply a theme (403 error page)

    I just purchased and installed Booking Calendar Developer
    WordPress 4.5.2 (Twenty Sixteen)
    Japanese
    No other plugins installed

    When I try to Save/Apply a theme I got a 403 error page from the server.
    All other settings seems to be working fine.

    How can I fix this?
