• Hello

Nggallery was always working for my site but since a few weeks i got problems with it. I can’t upload images (html error and yellow triangle), create galleries or save new setups on the galleries (i get a blank page when i save the option).
My folders are all on 777 and use the correct Owner/Group settings (same settings work on other installed sites). Further when i install my site locally nggallery Plugin works as it should, without the problems described above.
Even when i setup a new site on the same server, where the site with the broken nggallery Plugin is installed, nggallery works fine.
I also tried to deactivate all plugins except nggallery but it still won’t work.
Can anyone help me with this matter or have some hints how to solve this?

@jodaar – It seems you may need to re-install the “broken” installation as something may have been corrupted at some point as you are seeing other installations on the same server working fine.

You can re-install WordPress under Dashboard > Updates. I would recommend manually re-installing NextGEN Gallery from a freshly downloaded version. Just use an FTP client to over-write all of the files and folders under /nextgen-gallery/

    Thanks!
