  • Have you tried to disable other plugins, one by one, to see if the error goes away?

    We’ve never seen this before.

    Please try to do it and get back to us if the problem persists with just WordPress + our plugin.

    Also having this exact same issue.
    webdados-fb-open-graph-admin.js?ver=2.0.8.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'frames' of undefined

    This appears to be the issue when inspecting the console.
    file_frame=wp.media.frames.file_frame=wp.media({title:texts.select_image,button:{text:texts.use_this_image},multiple:false});

    I am having the same problem. I have no save button. Which makes this plugin useless. Also the tabs across the top don’t do anything when I click them.

    I have this installed on a multisite install and network activated. Could that be the problem, that you don’t support network activation?

    I put it on another site I run (non multisite) and it worked fine. I also turned off all other plugins on the site that isn’t working, with no change. So I don’t know what the issue is.

    I see there wasn’t a lot of follow up here, and there is another more recent topic with the same problem, so this is not an isolated experience.

    @moreyjos thanks for the multisite report. We’ll take a look at it.

    @ashitekudas, @nickescobedo, @weswitt: do you have multisite? Having the tabs problem also?

    The issue seems to be that the plugin does not support PHP 5.7. We rolled back to 5.6 to test it and the plugin operates correctly.

    So next question, when will the plugin support php7? 🙂

    @moreyjos That 5.7 thing is weird. We have the plugin running on all kind of systems from 5.2.4 to 7.1, apache and nginx, with no problems. Must be something else.

    Very odd. We made no other change except to roll back to 5.6 and it instantly worked.

    @webdados I do not have multi-site. It’s a single site install.

    Thanks!
