@hackoa: We’ve fixed the encoding issue in our latest informal release. If you are comfortable manually updating, you can get it here:

Otherwise it will be in the next official release, probably on Monday.
As for not being able to save you NextGEN settings, what happens when you click save? We haven’t seen any problems of that kind from anyone else since the update. If the latest update doesn’t resolve it, maybe try deactivating and reactivating NextGEN, and if that doesn’t work, you can submit a bug report with login credentials and we’d be happy to take a look for you:

When i click save it show blank page. And do not move to another page. I prefer to wait to monday.
I have already reported to Pro support about a similar saving issue with 2.07 & the latest 2.0.11 Beta. I cannot save any of the “Other Options” in an attempt to restore lightbox functionality in the mobile/responsive scaled version of a client test site. I get a 404 page when trying to saave. The beta completely breaks the regular & Pro Lightbox. Saving worked on my local dev site in 2.07 but not on the live server. This is getting messy 🙁
