    I keep having this error:

The performance test didn’t return any results. This probably means you’re on a local website (which we can’t scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes

    What can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there @mariaflv1,

hope you’re doing good and thanks for reaching us! 🙂

I can see that you’re website is publicly available and also Google PageSpeed Insights and our WP Checkup page can crawl it, so HummingBird should be able to do that too.

Could you please try to initiate it once more?

If you’re still getting the same error, most probably something else is prohibiting this. Please take a recent backup of all files and database of your installation, then try to deactivate all other plugins and check Performance Test once more. If nothing happens, also try to activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen. If it starts to work, activate the remaining plugins/theme, one by one this time, checking each time the Performance Test, until you reproduce the same error. The following flow chart image can be really helpful for this test:

    Looking forward for your results!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
