can’t replace site logo image?

Hi everyone,

Hoping to rely on your knowledge and kindness once again 🙂

At alicesf.ca, I cannot replace the site logo, no matter what I try. For some reason it is stuck on the image that I originally uploaded. I have tried switching back to the old theme, purging the cache etc, but the “replace” option to the site logo just isn’t there. This is the only time that I have encountered this issue. This is exactly what I see:

and on the styles tab I get this:

No replace option; also tried 2 different browsers and nothing.

Any ideas?
