Can’t remove recaptcha keys

I added Recaptcha to my site and contact form, but then I was not able to use the contact form on the website. I disabled the Recaptcha plugin, but the keys are still in the integration part of the contact form. When I try to remove the Recaptcha keys in the integration section, I get the alert, “The link you followed has expired.”

Now, my contact form does not work. Any ideas?
