Can't Reinstall Prophoto3

    I was prompted to update my wordpress version and reinstall my Prophoto3, after I installed this version and went to install the prophoto zipped file, I got this message: ” The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
    I downloaded filezilla to install manually, but dont really know how to operate this. HELP! How can I reinstall my prophoto 3?
