Can’t register or log in

    I am using Dokan and Woocommerce. When I try to register an account, I put all the information in and click register, and the account is created in the User section of the WP Dashboard, but the page just refreshes the Account (log in) page. When I attempt to log in the same thing happens, the page just refreshes the Account (log in) page and I am not logged in. I tried disabling all plugins, I tried updating all plugins, I also tried switching themes, but the issue was not fixed. Any idea what might be wrong?

    Hi @5chris!

    Please go to your wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced page ( “WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced settings” ) and make sure your page setup is correct. if it is, please go ahead and refresh your permalinks from your dashboards’ “Settings > permalinks” page.

    There is no need to make any changes, just resave your current permalink settings and see if that helps.

    @rynald0s I checked my WooCommerce advanced settings and all of the pages are connected correctly, and they all have the proper shortcodes on them. I also went into my permalinks and saved the settings, however the issue still persists. Do you think I should contact Dokan about the issue?

    @5chris –

    It seems you have taken the proper plugin and theme conflict testing steps and are still having issues, so yes, I would reach out to Dokan’s support about this.

    I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved, but if you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.
