Can’t register

I need to get an API key for my store. Both the functionality on the plugin settings form and your website for manual registration return the error message “Error: There is no access to add a new service.”

Your plugin works great on my blog and I would really like to add it to my shop.roninsgrips.com site so please let me know what I need to do -or- if there is an error on your server, please let me know when it is resolved.
