Cant refresh token or delete account

My token expired for our IG feed on YLiveMusic.com. I tried to refresh the token but it would not load the username. I removed the plugin and reinstalled still with the same issue. When I click on the trashcan it warns me that I am about to delete an account and I click on OK but nothing happens. We are using plugin version 4.0.5 on WP 6.2.2
