Would you specify which contact form you use? Are you using Jetpack CRM Forms, Jetpack Contact Forms, Contact Form 7, or Gravity Forms?
If you’re using paid extensions (Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms connector), Per WordPress.org community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid extensions) in these forums.
If you have a paid license for the extensions, would you reach out to us by submitting a ticket from your account?

I have the free Jetpack CRM plugin. I don’t see the word “forms” anywhere in the title.

I am not recieving emails when I sign up. I am using Oauth method and my gmail account in Mail Delivery and followed the wizard and these pages https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/mail-delivery-method-setup-smtp/

When I perform the test email under JetPack CRM Mail Delivery, it works. However when I go to the contact form I created using JetPack CRM>Dashboard>Tools>Forms> Jetpack CRM Form Creator, then test by signing myself up via form. It says successful, but there are no signups in Contacts and I don’t get an email notification.

I have the free Jetpack CRM plugin. I don’t see the word “forms” anywhere in the title.
I was asking which form you were using because you had initially asked:
People send me messages through my contact form.
Jetpack CRM can integrate with many different contact forms, so we wanted to clarify first which contact form you are using.
If you are not sure which contact form you’re using, would you share a URL or screenshot of the contact form, so we can investigate further?

@bluejay77 I don’t see how to do that or I would have. Thanks anyway. I’ve looked all over this site and can’t find the place to post a new topic. I find that very strange.Thank you for the link though.
