Can’t Publish Photos

    HI, I am not having any luck uplaodding photographs or video’s onto the blog from my hard drive.
    I managed to cut and paste last week but that does not work for me now. Can anyone help me with step by step instructions as I am new to this.

    I’m lost. What does cut and paste have to do with uploading photos from hour hard drive to your blog (ostensibly)?

    The very fist thing I would check is that your uploads folder is writable. Use your ftp program or website control cpanel file manager to check that it is 0777 or 777 permissions.

    The upload folder should be located at yourdomian.com/wp-content/uploads

    or if you installed WordPress in its own folder:
    yourdomain.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads
