    Hello,
    I’m trying to change the different email templates (admin notification, appointment approval, etc.) but I can’t.
    Whenever I change the template, the “select template” box is the last one to select.

    for example, I created 2 templates:
    1. Admin notification that I rename template 1
    2. User notification that I rename template 2

    I modify template 1 with my information. I switch on the second template and instead of selecting the default template “user notification” it select admin notification. If I spare in “user notification”, the default template of template 1 becomes “user notification”.

    – there is no space in my templates
    – the same language is selected everywhere (French)

    Is it possible to modify all templates?

    Hello,

    You don’t need to create different templates for admin and for user. You have to use the same template for both.
    For example, your template ID1 will have another templates for each case: admin, user, instant approval, reject, cancel and so on. You will need to edit each case in the same template.

    hello again,
    I still have issue with email template.

    I modified all my templates (in English and French to be sure) however I still receive the default templates.
    I checked in the calendar settings (edit calendar notifications) and my template”template mail” is selected.

    I found the solution!

    I deleted the default email template, which the plugin does not understand.
    Restoring the database and changing the settings in the mail template that works.

    I have the same issue. I have created 3 email templates.

    One for booking request for admin notification to approve or reject the booking
    One for user booking request (for the user – person booking.)
    One for approval for the user (when the booking is approved.)

    I have the default one still there. When I add the template to use on each template the default over rides all of them.

    How do I make the notifications for each situation save?
