What version of the plugin are you using and what’s your user role on the WordPress website?
We’re using version 1.7.0. I’m an administrator.
Could you please update to the latest version (1.7.2) to see if this fixes the error.
If this doesn’t fix the error, are you able to test if the error still occurs with Related Posts for WordPress as the only activated plugin and a default theme activated (like twentyfourteen). This is to make sure another plugin/theme isn’t conflicting with Related Posts for WordPress.
Updating the plugin worked. I just installed this a week ago, do you release updates often?
