i only installed the plugin and activated and enabled the top bar that was already exist.
I don’t see any evidence the plugin is installed and activated.
It should leave a comment in the header listing a version of the plugin
It looks like you are using windows hosting, is that right?
Can you email me admin access to the wordpress site? I might be able to see something there. My email is in the wp-topbar.php file.
