Can’t login with new password

My site is displaying rows repeatedly saying this:

DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘_site_transient_timeout_theme_roots’I am trying to login to inactivate the vistor maps plugin but I normally log in via facebook connect and it says the API is invalid or has been disabled and I have requested a new password twice and neither are letting me log in.
Any suggestions what I can do?
