I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried and tried without success. I always get an error message. I’ve even made a new test user to see if there was something wrong with the username or profile. No luck. Please advise.

could you please specify where exactly you can’t login? In wpForo community or on your local installation?
Also make sure you don’t have Login verification or CAPTCHA plugins. If so, please deactivate, delete cache and try again.
