Can’t Login to WordPress.ORG

OKAY! I am having major issues with WordPress. ANY info would be greatly appreciated!

Backstory. I had someone create my website in 2018 and I haven’t touched anything since. Now I want to do more blogging and change things up. Im running into a lot of issues.

First and foremost I cannot log into WordPress.org. It says my email doesn’t recognize my email. The past two years I have been blogging and logging in from a saved link /wp-admin/

The email I use to log into that link is [ deleted ]. If I try to use that email on WordPress.org it says it doesn’t exist. I am using the random account I created to post this question because I CANT log in!

I found this issue because I wanted to connect my social media accounts to jetpack so when I blog I can autopost them to my social media accounts. However when I click the button to do so it wants me to log into a WordPress.COM account.

I have spent DAYS trying to figure this out and no success. I know Im completely ignorant to how to do anything. Im desperate for help!
