Cant Login To WordPress

Hi there,

I have had problems logging into my wordpress website since last week. I had the password saved in my chrome browser and i havent changed the password. When i try to re-set the password using my email it doesnt send the password through. Ive tried Cpanel MyPHP and tried changing the settings and email in there but to no avail. I need to access my website as im part way through building it so any help would be much appreciated. Im not a big techie but know a little bit so any responses please could you keep it in non IT language so i can follow.
