can`t login… please help!

after I install wordpress, I try to login, enter user and password and then a blank page appears…. I cant access wordpress at all. I tried several times to upload wordpress on server, I checked the wp-config file 12 times, Ive read carefully all the instructions and still can`t install properly wordpress on my domain http://www.austmr.ro

ps: I am using total commander for ftp connection
