Can’t login now after TML

I set up TML and told it to only accept emails to login. Well, what I didn’t realize is that I didn’t use my email to set up my admin account. I used my user name. Now that I have logged out, I can’t get back in with just my user name. I locked myself out of my own site 🙁 How can I get in?
