Can't Login / Multiple wp_users tables in database

A few months ago I changed my primary domain with Bluehost. After I changed the primary domain and moved the files, I lost the ability to login to the wordpress admin, it just gives me the “incorrect username” error. I looked in phpMyAdmin at the username and password, and it is all correct. I even tried changing it, but I still get the “incorrect username” error. When I try to recover my username/password using the email address that is in phpMyAdmin, it gives another error saying “There is no user registered with that email address.”

After a bit I discovered that I have the wp_users table in two databases, and a few other tables that are duplicated in different databases. Could that be why I am having problems or is it something else?
