Hello @annavanoers
But I can’t seem to login (apart from just my wp login which I’m logged in to) or make a new topic/thread.
The plugin uses the user-management of WordPress so you have to use the login-functionality which you are providing with your WordPress theme – which should be at least the wp-login-page by default.
If things are not working after logging in, try to deactivate all other plugins temporary for testing purposes (especially caching-plugins). Also make sure that you have enabled JavaScript in your browser and that there are no HTML/JavaScript errors caused by your used WordPress theme.
I would like this forum to be open to anyone who reads the website, and they should all be able to comment on threads.
You can activate the “allow guest-postings”-functionality in the general forum-settings in the WordPress administration area.
Greetings,
Thomas
I have had the same problem logging in although I am the administrator of our site but having deactivated my caching plugin (WP Fastest Cache) the problem is solved. Thank you very much.
Hello @ward1941uk
I am happy to hear that it worked! 🙂 Basically what you can try is to disable the caching-plugin only for the page where the forum is located – when possible. This would has the advantage that you could still use the caching-functionality at the rest of your site.

Many thanks. I’ve turned it back on but excluded that specific page and we can see what happens.
Cheers

Hello @blackgel
This error is generated by another of your plugins called sucuri-scanner. You should inform the plugin-developer about this.
