Can’t Login as Administrator

I have a site that is only used once a year for a special event. It has been using the Ultimate Member free plugin without issues for a few years. This year, when I tried to log in, I couldn’t access the admin panel. Through Cpanel, I disabled the plugin but when I go to the admin panel, I only see Edit Profile and Dashboard. I’m assuming that my user status is now Subscriber. No one else has access to the site and I haven’t changed anything since last year. Is there any way I can change my user status back to administrator without going into the database? I’m ok with changing PHP files, but not with editing the database. Thanks so much!
