    I successfully installed the WordPress to my host, but when I logged in on the wp-login.php, I was being logged in as a member/user. I determined that since on my dashboard, links that are only available are:

    * Write a post
    * Update your profile or change your password
    * Add a link to your blogroll
    * Change your site’s look or theme

    I cannot see other options described here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels

    I used the information of Username and Password the same as I set it when I installed the WordPress. One more thing is that when I try to write/post a message using the first link, it takes me to this page with the message:

    “Since you’re a newcomer, you’ll have to wait for an admin to raise your level to 1, in order to be authorized to post.
    You can also e-mail the admin to ask for a promotion.
    When you’re promoted, just reload this page and you’ll be able to blog. :)”

    And the link takes me to write to my own email address! Help please!
