Can't login

I was logged in working on one of my blogs when all of the sudden it stopped and now I can’t log back in it says I’m already logged in and that I needed to get an administrator to invite me in. I even tried logging out and logging back in but it says the same thing. I need to get back in there and work on my blog and my other one I haven’t checked but could be the same thing. Please help with this. I AM the administrator and ONLY one who works on both of my blogs…can you help?
