Can't login?

I just barely started using word press yesterday. I have spent the day trying to tweak it and logged out for a few minutes and now it won’t let me log back in?

It is telling me that my username/password and email are all incorrect and yet I have my email from yesterday telling me my username and stuff. What is going on?

I tried doing what the sticky pin above said to do through phpmyadmin and it got even worse. Now it shows my username as a long string of numbers and letters and same with my password. Help!
