• The support staff at my server (total choice) can log in using the same username and password. I cannot login no matter what password I use or how many times the password is reset. Total choice has also confirmed that my ip address is not blocked.

    Also, when I give click the option to reset the password, no email is sent.

    if the support staff can log in, can they create you a new user to try logging in from?

    also can you clear your cache on your browser and/or try from a new browser please?

    We can close this as solved. I changed computers and it works. I guess that would be the equivelant of clearing the cashe.
