Can't log into Dashboard

Hi – I accidently deleted the full wordpress URL from:
http://www.readmeblogsite.net/CUsersuserDesktopreadme to http://www.readmeblogsite.net/ which is the registered URL.

The site is hosted at bluehost. Should I Panic?
