Can't log into admin after 3.8 upgrade

    I have also tried disabling the plugins by deleting the active_plugin record from my options table. Still no go. It just goes back to the form, over and over again.

    No error message, I take it.

    Rename plugins to plugins-old

    And then try switching to a default theme.
