This is an issue with the read-write permissions of the custom template upload folder. Please set up recursive Read-Write permissions for /var/www/html/wp-content/uploads/ (The upload directory path may differ in case you have changed it in WordPress settings. You will be shown an error message on saving cloned template that shows your current upload path). Feel free to reach out to us in case you need further assistance and please let us know if this solves your problem.
Thank you very much for your reply. But I’ve changed the permissions of the uploads folder from 755 to 777 without any result. Any other idea? Thanks since now.

1. PHP error logs when you try to edit or clone a template.
2. Browser console logs when you try to edit or clone a template.
3. Browser version
4. OS version
