Can't Install Theme into WordPress

    Can’t Install Theme to WordPress.
    After Tech Support Chats and numerous web and youtube searches here is where I’m at – or not at.
    I tried to install a Theme zip file into my WordPress website but could not. The message states ‘destination file already exists’.
    I then tried to install manually with 7Zip and FileZilla but FileZilla will not install, ‘could not connect to server’. This was trying different Host, Username, and Password. The last time with Host – my Web Host, Username – same as I use for webhost, and Password – same as I use for webhost.
    If anyone can advise for a newbie using these things will be much appreciated.
