Can't install

I am trying to install wordpress on my website.
When I try to set up wordpress its giving me this issue.
I Set up the mySQL databse last night and im not sure why it is having errors.

Im new to setting up wordpress so im not sure what I could be doing wrong…

I don’t know my database host name so I just used localhost so this could be the issue… Where can I find my database host name? I am hosting off of my companies reliable hosting server.
Please help!
