Are you trying to install it on your local computer? IF so, you must first have a server environment set up – see:

If you want your site to be hosted and accessible at all time without it being hosted on your local computer, you will need a hosting package. There are many available hosts around but I do not want to do promotion for one of them. Google “How to chose a web host”
Trying to set up on fasthosts alongside Sitebuilder. Created Database and uploaded all files including an extra file from fasthosts for Windows.
When trying to start install it does not install the config file keeps saying try again,I’m sure I have put in all the required info:- Database Name,Username,Host and password.
AFAIK, Site Builder is a different site management and building software than WP. I don’t think the 2 of them are working together.
Can you post the error message being displayed and the scenario in which you encounter it ?

It really creates more problems to have multiple people in the same thread and generally, the issue is not the same – as in this case. You can certainly keep an eye out for a new thread and answer there :).
