    Hello,

I tried to import users. I created a spreadsheet and titled the rows as followed.
Username Email First Name Last Name Password

When trying to import I get the notice:
You have a column which is not recognized: Email.
Please make sure that the column names match the user field labels exactly.

I tried severak variations but i always get the same alert.
    What can I do?

And I also want to import the user level
    [Level: Mitglieder (2)]

How should I label the row?

    Regards

    Hello,

We have forwarded you a sample spreadsheet that you can use as a template to create your import spreadsheet. Please use the template and see if the import works fine for you.

For the “currently logged in” message you’re getting in the back end, do you happen to have the “Include WordPress Users” option enabled? If so, it could be that the admin WordPress account is associated with one of the FEUP users. If you set that option to “No”, can you then create a new user in the back end?

For the “User Level” you can use the column label as “Level” in your spreadsheet.

    Best regards,

When I try to create new customers I have set “do not include WP-Users” in the settings. But in the dashboard (not under users) i see the amount of members (in the orange Box) i had created in WP, but i can’t delete them.
Also I can see the “Recent User Activity” but there are no users which I can find under the tab “users”…

Do they show up in the “Users” tab? Did you use to have “Include WordPress Users” set to “Yes”? It could just be that number didn’t update once you turned that setting off. If it’s just the number in the dashboard, then it won’t affect anything. We’ll run a few tests to see if there’s a case where that number doesn’t get updated after changing the settings.

So the “Recent User Activity” section is showing activity for regular WP users (i.e. for users who aren’t in the “Users” tab of our plugin)? Or it’s showing nothing at all?
