@lesleyschepens May I suggest selecting the correct dates in the second step of the HTML Import process?
All English, French, German, Spanish and Italian dates will be recognised (from their relative date strings) – but other languages will require manual selection.
You should be OK using French as the retrieval language (if this is possible).

Can you tell me how I can select the dates?
Reviews should be in Dutch so unfortunately I can’t pick French or it shows the reviews translated in French.
@lesleyschepens I have not manually added the strings for the relative dates in Dutch (e.g. 3 weken geleden => 01/03/2021). If you’re expecting your reviews in Dutch (and your browser is also set to Dutch), then please leave it as this language rather than making a change.
I recommend selecting just the reviews you’d like to use and manually selecting dates from the calendar for each. These selected reviews (with the dates set) will be imported into your collection.
Alternatively, you could change the Google reviews to appear in French and do the same process – this time the dates will be populated for you. However, this is a bit of a pain to switch back and forth, so I recommend the first option unless you feel confident about performing this method.
@lesleyschepens And, if your browser is set to a different language, just select “Use original language” when performing the HTML Import.
@lesleyschepens I found a display issue that would hide all the imported rows.

@lesleyschepens I have a little favour to ask (that will help you with your import)… Please can you provide Dutch translations for the following?
