Can’t hide “view profile” from user role

I am a new Adminify customer (purchased last night). Most is working great, but two issues remain and I can’t find this in the documentation.

1) With the Admin Bar Editor addon, I am trying to hide the “view profile” option under the “howdy” menu from a certain user role, but it’s not working. I entered the role in the “hide from” list. This has worked for every other option as expected, but just not for the “howdy” menu.

2) I cannot find how to get rid of “Thank you for creating with WordPress.” in the lower left of the admin. Thank you for your help!
