It lists the most common resons for the grant permissions error.
I’m afraid I cannot see the error via the URL. The page seems to return a json correctly.
In these cases there may be another app blocking access to the plugin. If you have the WPML plugin installed, I’d recommend turning it off temporarily and then trying to grant permissions. If it is not WPML plugin, it maybe another one. It would require going one by one to check which one blocks the access to the app.
