cant get to final config

    I am at the stage of final config changes, but get messegs saying ((((i have replaced users & domains with xxxxx to show what its saying))))

    Can’t select database

    We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the
    database_xxxxxx_xxxxxx database.

    Are you sure it exists?
    Does the user xxxxx_xxxxxx have permission to use the database_xxxx_xxxxx database?
    On some systems the name of your database is prefixed with your username, so it would be like username_database_xxxx_xxxx . Could that be the problem?

    If you don’t know how to set up a database you should contact your host. If all else fails you may find help at the WordPress Support Forums.

    Not sure what to do… all database and users and passwords are correct.

    Contact your hosting provider to ensure the databases aren’t prefixed anywhere. How do you know all the credentials are correct. As the error states the database user and password are correct but there’s something up with the actual database name. Make sure the user is assigned to the database and has ALL privileges.
