can’t get to dashboard HELP!!

A bit of back ground – I found a theme I like but can only use it in 2.6. So, I installed 2.6 in a folder called “test” to see if it worked how I wanted. I thought, to make edits to the theme, I needed to change my settings to tell wordpress to go to the files in test to get my blog. I added the directory to the url in my settings and now I can’t log on. The log on screen comes up and I type my info in and it just reloads the log in screen and this is in the address field:
So, I can’t get back in to fix the settings. What can I do?
