Can’t get thru the payment

Hi there,
We have a customer complaint that “Can’t get thru the payment options as I can’t fill in either PayPal or the 2 different credit cards I tried. In addition, I can’t enter the numbers and other info in the boxes. ”
Also, when I check her order, it shows up like this “Error processing payment. Reason: Customer does not have any credit cards.” Do you have any ideas? Please advise. Thank you!
