Can't get it to work

My backwpup was working fine and backing everything up manually or set on a schedule and now it has just stopped working. It won’t run. I’ve tried de-activating other plugins to see if they cause problems but nothing makes any difference. Any ideas? My website is http://www.gourmetchocolatereviews.co.uk
