Can't Get Bookmark Button To Click..Is my Code Wrong?

    Below is my code to bookmark specific member profiles on my website and when I hover mouse over button it says javascript:void(0); and when I press the bookmark button (to bookmark the profile in the below code) pressing the button does nothing

    What am I doing wrong ?
