Can't Get an Image to Work

    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to get an image to work with my Lightbox. Every time I place the image in the custom message section, it looks great in live preview but when I go to my site the name and email fields are missing.

    Then I removed the image and the fields were still missing.

    Next, I deleted the plugin and all files, installed it fresh and not only were all of my old settings still there, but the name and email fields were still missing!

    What could possibly be the problem? Appreciate any help…

    Hi,

    Did you set your fields, in the Custom Form section, under the General Tab.
    Mention your website URL, so that we can go through the issue.

    I checked the fields as you suggested, adjusted the size of the image and it’s all good!

    Another question: It’s not sending the final welcome email through MailChimp even though it’s enabled through MailChimp and 2-step is on in ChimpMate. Is there another setting I’ve missed?

    Edit: I did switch it off again until I can sort out why it’s not sending the final welcome email 🙁

    Hi,

    Final welcome messages, and double optin messages are sent by MailChimp. ChimpMate adds a subscriber to MailChimp list, the rest is handled by MailChimp.
    Maybe there is a delay in their servers. If the problem exist, please contact MailChimp support.
