Can’t finish installation

Please can someone help – I have just finished downloading Word Press.

I am also hosted with Fasthosts and have set up my database in Mysql and installed phpmyadmin, from where I can access my database.

In Fasthosts you have to install everything in htdocs. I created a folder in htdocs called “cms” and all my word press files are in there.

When I get to the installation stage:-
“If you placed the WordPress files in a subdirectory called blog, for example, you should visit: http://example.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php”

So I go to http://just-florida-villas.com/cms/wp-admin/install.php I get the error messages:

“Warning: require_once(../wp-load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fhlinux136/j/just-florida-villas.com/user/htdocs/install.php on line 18

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear-php5′) in /home/fhlinux136/j/just-florida-villas.com/user/htdocs/install.php on line 18″

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong before I go crazy!!

I also get the same message if I try going to http://just-florida-villas.com/htdocs/cms/wp-admin/install.php.
