Can't find RTMP wrapper?

When trying to add a Wowza link via External Media link, I get the following error:
Warning: file_exists(): Unable to find the wrapper “rtmp” – did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? in /home/ssdcou5/public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 2939How do I fix this? It should be enabled.
